Account Registration

1. Users must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to share them with any third party.
3. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Football Match Organization

1. The App allows Organizers to create and manage football matches, including setting match details, line-ups, and player ratings.
2. Organizers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding match location, time, and availability of the Ground including Post match analysis.
3. Players can join matches through the App and must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Organizer.
4. The App provides a chat feature for communication between Organizers, Players and ground managers. Users agree to use this feature responsibly and respectfully.

Ground Booking and Payment

1. The App facilitates Ground booking services, allowing Users to check availability and make reservations.
2. Users understand that availability may vary, and the booking is subject to confirmation from the Ground owner or operator.
3. Payments for Ground bookings can be made through the App using electronic payment methods.
4. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Refunds or disputes related to payments must be resolved directly with the relevant payment service provider.

Player Ratings and Feedback

1. The App allows Organizers to rate and provide feedback on Players’ performance during matches.
2. Player ratings are subjective opinions of the users and do not represent an official or authoritative assessment.
3. Users understand and agree that their ratings may be visible to other Users within the App.

User Conduct

1. Users agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Users shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or impair the App’s functionality or integrity.
3. Users shall not use the App to transmit or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

1. The App and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Maidan Sportech Pvt Ltd.
2. Users shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

1. The App and its services are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties or guarantees.
2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

Termination

1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate User accounts, at our sole discretion, for any reason and without prior notice.
2. Users may also terminate their account by contacting our support team.

Modifications

1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions through the App.

Incidents, Fights, and Pitch Damages

1. The App provides a platform for Users to organize and participate in football matches, but we do not assume responsibility for any incidents, fights, or pitch damages that may occur during or because of using the App.
2. Users understand and acknowledge that they participate in matches and use the facilities at their own risk.
3. Any disputes, conflicts, or damages that arise between Users, including fights or damages to the pitch, are the sole responsibility of the involved parties, and the App shall not be held liable for any such incidents.
4. Users are encouraged to resolve any conflicts or damages among themselves in a fair and reasonable manner, and the App shall not be involved in or responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes.

Users should exercise caution, respect, and responsibility while participating in football matches and using the facilities.

Limitation of Liability:

1. The App Provider shall not be held responsible for any fights, injuries, or damages to the football pitch or any property during or because of the use of the app’s booking services.
2. The Ground Manager shall be solely responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the football ground, including taking appropriate measures to prevent fights, injuries, or damages.
3. The Ground Manager agrees to indemnify and hold the App Provider harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to fights, injuries, or damages that occur on the football pitch or because of the use of the app’s booking services.

Rights and Responsibilities:

1. Match organizers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including date, time, location, and any specific requirements.
2. Match organizers must ensure fair play, comply with all relevant regulations and rules, and maintain good sportsmanship during matches.
3. Ground managers must maintain the football pitches in good condition and ensure their availability for confirmed bookings.
4. Ground managers may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or pitch maintenance, without penalty.
5. Players and users must comply with the App’s policies and guidelines, including fair play, respect for others, and adherence to any rules specified by the match organizers or ground managers.
6. Players and users participate in matches and use the App’s services at their own risk. They agree to release the App Provider from any liability arising from personal injury, property damage, or any other incidents related to the use of the App.
